Sir,

With due respect and humble submission. I beg to state that my father, the local education officer, has recently been transferred to syllhet and with in a week our family will be shifted there. We have no relative here with whom I may reside for continuing my study in your madrasah. So I am in urgent need of a seat in the madrasah hostel.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to allot for me a seat in the madrasah hostel and oblige thereby.
