Subject: Application for leave after the second period.

Sir,

I have the honour to state I am a student of Dakhil class 9 of  your madrasah. I have a bad headache today after the second period. I am feeling very uneasy and unable to continue the rest of the classes. So, I want to leave madrasah after the second period is over.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me leave after the second period and oblige thereby.
