Sir,

With due respect, I beg to inform you that my father is a clerk in a private company. It is very difficult for him to maintain the family with his small income. Due to financial problem, I could not pay my tuition fees for the present month of August in time. It is to be mentioned here that I stood second in order of merit in the last Annual Examination. Under the circumstances stated above, I pray and hope that you would kindly remit the delay fines and oblige thereby.
