With due respect, I beg to state that my father who was a Medical Officer in Dhaka Medical College has recently been transferred to Noakhali Sadar Hospital. Our family has already been shifted to Noakhali.There is no close relative in Dhaka to stay there and to continue my studies.

I, therefore, request your honour to kindly issue a transfer certificate in my favour at your earliest convenience.
